1. Returns

Eligibility:
We accept returns on most items within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:

• Personalized or customized items

• Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)

• Items marked as "Final Sale"

2. Refunds

Refund Process:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the product is defective. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

3. Exchanges

Exchange Process:

Guest Returns:

5. Return Shipping

6. Damaged or Defective Items

Reporting Issues:
